Aircraft Scheduling

We schedule all aircraft through PilotSchedule.com. Once you apply to join Fly Vermont, we will create an account for you. If you haven’t joined yet, you can do so [here]. After submitting your application and quarterly dues, we’ll set up your account and send you your login details. Once logged in, you can begin scheduling aircraft.

Important Note for Instructors: When scheduling a flight, please include the name of the student or pilot you are flying with. Additionally, both the student and instructor must be active members of the club.
